Christmastime is more than just a sermon series...
So, if you keep this up we're going to need to trade my sport sedan in for a pick up truck or something...
'Cause we got a trunk that's full...

And a backseat that's full...

And a front seat with a box on it instead of a passenger...

All of it delivered today to our partners at MCC.
All this BEFORE we even see you THIS SUNDAY to collect all the stuff you've been collecting to give to the women MCC is ministering to in Hamilton; women recently released from prison who HAVE NOTHING this Christmas.
As we reported on Sunday at THE WELL the funding MCC gets most years to provide Christmas gifts and gear to the women they minister to was DENIED this year, and they asked us (Burlington's smallest church) to help.
So we asked you.
And you've started coming through. That there sports sedan is filled with gifts and gear from ONE FAMILY who calls THE WELL their 'church home'.
We've currently got between eight and ten families with us at THE WELL depending on how you slice it. This week we're hoping those families come through like this first one has so that we can BLOW MCC'S MIND with what 'Burlington's littlest church' did for their ladies.
What do they need?
Imagine you were a woman recently released from prison who had nothing and it was Christmas...
That's what they need. (updated list)
-Tim Hortons gift cards
-Shoppers Drug Mart gift cards
-Journals and pens
-Women's socks
Bring the items THIS WEEK to our Sunday morning service at 10:30am HERE and--after our KIDS stuff 'em into stockings during their WellKids time--we'll make sure we load up that sports sedan, plus our minivan, plus Mike and Jessica's Echo.
Merry Christmas(time)...
