The power of the word...
Saw 'The Book of Eli' last night.
Enjoyed it.
Found it's theme very interesting and yet somewhat lacking.
The reason it was lacking is because it, like much of mainstream media (and I don't watch 'religious media' so don't take that first comment as an indictment, it's all I watch...), suffers from a lack of belief. It didn't really believe it's central premise and, as a result, didn't go quite far enough with it.
That said, 'going too far with it...' is what preachers do, and is what I'm going to do this Sunday with THIS.
