Perspective...
Do you believe in the 'Parousia', aka: the 'Second Coming of Jesus Christ'?
If you don't, you're going to hate what happens at THE WELL this coming Sunday.
We'll be continuing our sermon series in Philippians with a look at Phil 1:3-6 and the whole point of that passage is that the HOPE we have as Christians is ultimately rooted in 'The Day of the Lord', the day on which Jesus will come again, in glory, to Judge the living and the dead and to make all things new.
A day so great and glorious that the wonder of it ought to spread from that future date back through time (if you will) to your present-day life encouraging you to 'keep at it' living your life on-mission with Jesus in your culture.
If that hope isn't alive in you, where do you get your hope from?
