In my morning devotions today I stumbled across this:

"Listen to Me, (meaning, listen to GOD not culture, not your own thoughts and fears, not the advice of your peers...) O house of Jacob (meaning His people. That means you...) and all the remnant (meaning, following Jesus is never a majority decision...) of the house of Israel (meaning, though things may look desperate by times, God is working out His plan of salvation for His people all the time, so never fear...) Who have been upheld (meaning, it's God who is the author and finisher of your whole life...) by Me from birth (meaning, since 'day one' He's been your caretaker...) who have been carried (meaning, you've never been alone though you may have felt that way...) from the womb: even to your old age, I am He (meaning, He will sustain you even into those years where you feel life racing past as your body fails...) and even to gray hairs (meaning, He knows it's hard for us to see ourselves dying--because we know we were made for MORE than this...) I will carry you! (meaning, you can trust Him to never fail you even as your body does...) I have made, (meaning, He's in charge...) and I will bear; (meaning, He paid the price and will ensure the victory...) Even I (meaning, yes, it's true, God is your helper...) will carry, and will deliver you..."

-Isaiah 46:3-4 (NKJV)

A little encouragement for you this morning from one of my favorite books of the Bible...

Peace and love today,
