At home...
So, d'you ever feel homesick? Like you don't really fit in, in the here and now? Have you spent any time (or lots of time) trying to find a place (or role) that feels as 'comfy' to you as your ten year old hoodie?
I feel you.
I spend much of my time feeling alone--or out of place.
Then I remember Jesus.
And I remember He 'is' my home and is 'in' our home as we speak and is 'preparing' our home even now.
Man, lemme' tell you, that speaks some comfort into my loneliness and 'out-of-place-ness'.
Maybe you too.
Looking forward to coming home (from Texas) to see you this Sunday at our church home...
