Crowded...
I thought we were going to have about that many people at THE WELL this past Sunday.
See, about 3/4's of our people were going to be away at the same time, in the middle of the 'summer season' which is, notoriously, a 'down time' as far as attendance goes at EVERY SINGLE church in North America.
When you're a 10 month-old church plant like THE WELL is, 3/4's of your people being away means that you're going to be preaching to, like, twelve people, six of whom are your family.
Anyway...
10:30am came 'round and THIRTY FOUR people showed up!
Awesome.
(you're thinking, "34 people? That's so TINY! How could he be happy about that?")
Because, if the rest of our people had been there we would have had a really great summer week.
Besides, God the Ghost, showed up STRONG for the 34 people who WERE there. Something to be very grateful for.
